Agility Fairs & Events have been appointed the official contractor for both domestic and international freight forwarding.

Providing a complete transport, materials handling & storage service, Agility monitor freight from origin through to exhibition booth, ensuring goods are handled in a professional manner and all formalities/deadlines are met.

Agility Fairs & Events offers the following services:

  • All local, interstate and international transport services including delivery onto each exhibitors’ stand at the venue
  • Storage of early consignments, packing materials during the exhibition and storage after the exhibition
  • For international exhibitors, a comprehensive international freight forwarding service tailored to each particular exhibitor’s requirements

If you are using Agility, your goods will automatically be delivered to your exhibition booth and all services provided will be invoiced to you post event.

An email containing your unique login and password to the Agility Event Services Portal has been sent to the designated stand contact. If you have not received the email, please contact Agility. Alternatively, you can register via the Agility Event Services Portal

 Agility Fairs and Events is the official freight forwarder and onsite logistics provider to AOG Energy 2021.

Providing a complete transport, materials handling & storage service, we monitor freight from origin through to exhibition booth, ensuring goods are handled in a professional manner and all formalities/deadlines are met.

Agility Fairs & Events offers the following services:

  • All local, interstate and international transport services including delivery onto each exhibitors’ stand at the venue
  • Storage of early consignments, packing materials during the exhibition and storage after the exhibition
  • A team of experts to arrange a full door-to-booth service, inclusive of freight, customs and all handling

If you are using Agility, your goods will automatically be delivered to your exhibition booth and all services provided will be invoiced to you post event.

Deliveries

All deliveries must be addressed as per the AOG Energy 2021 Delivery Label.

Deliveries are to be made no earlier than 12pm Monday the 8th March 2021 for SPACE ONLY STANDS

Deliveries are to be made no earlier than 8am Tuesday the 9th March 2021 for SHELL SCHEME STANDS

Pavilion Loading Dock Door 5 will be in use.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • The show moves in on very tight parameters and deliveries will not be accepted at the venue earlier.
  • The Venue, Organisers or Agility WILL NOT accept, or sign for, the delivery of any goods, packages or other material on behalf of exhibitors.
  • The Organisers WILL NOT accept responsibility for the safety or well-being of any such items delivered to the site in the absence of the exhibitor, his/her agent or contractor.
  • All goods must be collected by the end of the official move out time, no exceptions. Refer to Key Dates & Times for further information.
  • All pick up’s must be addressed with a label, including a contact mobile number.
  • Agility may be instructed by the Event Organiser to remove any freight still onsite at the end of tenancy. This will be taken to a local Agility depot, at the expense of the exhibitor/contractor. For these reasons, we highly recommend using Agility as their service is door-to-stand and they work weekends and outside normal business hours.
